Summary: This hotel is beautiful and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond to ensure that you have an amazing stay. The breakfast is made fresh when you get to the dining area and incorporates traditional cuisine of Cuenca. The area around the hotel is quiet and safe, and is walkable to other locations.
